1. Use the Chat panel to chat with your audience

Options at the bottom also allow you to raise your hand, add an emoji, or call someone by name so they get notified of your message.

 

3. Add your #hashtag to host a Twitter chat from your webinar

Using a hashtag that relates directly to your webinar is great for keeping the chatter 100% relevant to your topic. Using a broader hashtag is good for exposing your webinar to more people.

 

3. Tweets on your hashtag get pulled into your webinar

And attendees can also tweet out chat messages to your hashtag, creating more exposure for your webinar

 

4. Head over to the People panel to private chat with others

Just click 'Chat' next to a person's name to initiate a private chat
